Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers/drivers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads (if applicable)
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
