Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling administrative tasks, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

👉 Candidates with prior hospital or healthcare facility experience will be given preference.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate reports using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping (both digital and physical)
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and internal/external communication professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
