Social Media Specialist – Human Capital Group Qatar
- Plan and oversee execution of social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals
- Execute approved social media strategies
- Develop and curate engaging and creative content for social media platforms including text, images, videos, and infographics
- Maintain company’s social media pages and profiles
- Create and edit basic social media videos as and when required using Adobe Creative Suite
- Create weekly, monthly and yearly calendar and oversee daily/routine postings on all accounts and respective platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Social media coverage during various types of events
- Manage influencers program and coordinate with bloggers/influencers
- Monitor social media activities, track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions and increase reach through social media content
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Carry out and perform other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the Line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of directorate’s work and performance
