Senior Project Manager – ICT / ELV / Security Systems – Trust Arabia
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, execution, and delivery of ICT infrastructure, ELV, and security systems projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, design, procurement coordination, installation, and commissioning
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review and validate system designs (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Telecom systems)
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost control, and financial tracking
- Handle project invoicing, payment follow-ups, and commercial coordination with clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Handle site challenges, including coordination with civil and MEP teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Prepare and manage documentation (method statements, reports, approvals, etc.)
- Lead testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized systems and technical support
