Senior MEP Coordinator – Al Ali Engineering

Description:

The MEP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role requires fluency in Arabic for effective coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and site teams, and is open to candidates available to join immediately to support ongoing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, materials, and installations.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant MEP coordination experience, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Immediate availability is required.
