Sales Officer (Makita) – Nehmeh
- Promote and sell the company’s range of power tools to retailers, dealers, contractors, and end-users.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all power tool products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and live demonstrations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collect customer feedback and relay to management for product and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and activity reports.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the logistics, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
