Sales Officer (Makita) – Nehmeh

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of power tools to retailers, dealers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all power tool products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and live demonstrations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay to management for product and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client database, and activity reports.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the logistics, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
