Sales Manager – Equipment and Ventilation – Al Shirawi Group

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in HVAC, construction, and oil & gas sectors
  • Manage key client accounts and maintain strong relationships
  • Prepare and review quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical compliance
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, submissions, and approvals
  • Support project execution team for smooth delivery and client satisfaction
