Sales Manager (Cyber Security) – Manpower Group Middle East

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Cyber Security to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage key client accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the cyber security domain.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end customers and partners across Qatar.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical consultants, pre-sales, and marketing) to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
