Sales Consultant – Automotive – Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales.
- Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frames.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales management.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, features & benefits best suited for their requirements, offering test drives.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile & follow up.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in Training programs, educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
