Project Sales Executive – Almana Group
JOB PURPOSE:
To generate and manage project sales opportunities related to furniture supply, FF&E, and interior fit-out projects by identifying new developments, building strong client relationships, securing specifications, and converting tenders into confirmed orders to achieve assigned revenue targets.
KEY RESULTS AREAS / DELIVERABLES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
1.) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT IDENTIFICATION
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities across target sectors.
- Monitor market developments across corporate, hospitality, retail, residential, and government sectors.
- Identify projects at concept, design, and tender stages through consultants, contractors, developers, and project databases.
- Build early engagement strategies to position the company as a preferred supplier.
- Maintain a structured and updated project pipeline.
- Support management with market intelligence and opportunity forecasting.
2.) CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & SPECIFICATION MANAGEMENT
Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Promote company products to ensure specification inclusion in project designs and tender documents.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution briefings.
- Actively follow up with consultants to secure product approvals.
- Provide technical support and product information during the design stage.
- Maintain regular communication to strengthen long-term partnerships.
3.) TENDERING, PROPOSAL & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
Ensure timely preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams to prepare competitive quotations.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and specifications thoroughly.
- Participate in pricing discussions and internal commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions with clients.
- Secure project awards while maintaining targeted profit margins.
4.) PROJECT TRACKING & EXECUTION SUPPORT
- Oversee project follow-up from design stage through tender and award.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure proposal accuracy.
- Support smooth handover to the project management team after award.
- Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Address client concerns during supply and installation phases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5.) SALES PERFORMANCE & REPORTING
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Prepare regular reports on project pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue status.
- Update CRM and client databases consistently.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
