Project Coordinator – Zero One Solutions
To lead transformational, national-scale initiatives in the financial and tax domains. You will manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing frameworks, legal harmonization, and national stakeholder engagement—ensuring alignment with strategic national goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-year mega projects, ensuring alignment with national priorities. Develop and manage project plans, communication plans, and an escalation matrix to address issues and stakeholder expectations.
- Day-to-Day Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of demanding, large-scale projects, ensuring effective coordination across workstreams, including:
- Information Systems: Oversee the development and implementation of different-sized information systems projects (SML).
- Legal & Polices Frameworks: Oversee the development and implementation of different-sized polices and legislation frameworks and ensure projects comply with national tax laws and financial regulations.
- Awareness Campaigns: Lead national campaigns designed to increase public awareness of TAX systems and e-frameworks.
- National Rollout Management: lead the phased implementation of national tax reform initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical, legal, and public engagement workstreams, with strict adherence to timelines and performance milestones.
- Task Breakdown & Work Packages: Break down large-scale tasks into manageable work packages for efficient execution, tracking, and delivery.
- RACI Matrix Management: Define and manage a RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) to clarify roles and responsibilities across all project stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and timely resolutions are achieved to keep the project on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong, clear communication with key stakeholders, including government bodies, legal teams, IT departments, and external consultants, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage multi-million-dollar project resources, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalations and conflict resolution to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Reporting & Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
