Project Architect – Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
Seeking a skilled Project Architect with strong experience in statutory authority submissions and approvals, specifically with MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning) in Qatar.
Design & Technical:
– Lead the conceptual stages for architectural projects. Coordinate architectural designs with chosen consultants ; architects ,structural, MEP, ID, landscape, and other consultants.
– Develop architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation using both AutoCAD and Photoshop
– Liaise with consultants to Ensure all drawings meet Qatar building codes, regulations, and best practices.
Statutory Approvals (MMUP & Other Authorities):
– Prepare, review, and submit all required documents, drawings, and applications to MMUP and other relevant authorities in Qatar.
– Manage the complete permitting and approval process, ensuring timely responses and revisions.
– Maintain updated knowledge of Qatar’s planning and building regulations and advise the team on compliance.
– Liaise with authority representatives to resolve technical comments and obtain final approvals.
Project Coordination:
– Manage project schedules related to design deliverables and permitting timelines.
– Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
– Monitor project progress and report risks, delays, or required design changes.
– Ensure quality control of all design outputs.
Site & Execution Support:
– Collaborate with site teams during construction to clarify design intent.
– Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with approved design.
– Conduct site inspections as required.
