Private Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs
- Plan and create customized menus
- Shop for high-quality ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Coordinate with household staff for seamless meal service
- Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to meet specific dietary restrictions
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Manage kitchen inventory and budget
Requirements:
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to adapt to special dietary needs and restrictions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
