1. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local codes and regulations.
2. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to assess project requirements and deliver high-quality plumbing services.
4. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job for billing and reporting purposes.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all plumbing operations.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
8. Stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques to improve service delivery.
9. Assist in training and mentoring junior plumbing staff to enhance team capabilities.
