NOC Engineer – Diyar United Company
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive NOC Engineer- Managed Services responsible for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, and network environments. The role involves handling alerts, providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, performing patch management activities, and ensuring operational stability through continuous monitoring and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage system, server, and network alerts using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform initial troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, and escalation when required.
- Execute and track Windows and Linux server patch management activities.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Support basic network troubleshooting including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and compliance with SLA requirements.
- Participate in shift-based operations and on-call support as required.
