Job Purpose
To support the Market Research Director in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to drive strategic decision-making aligned with the organization’s vision. The role involves customizing research profiles, conducting research initiatives, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Market Research Director to customize research profiles aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer, to understand research requirements and priorities.
- Assist in managing consultants’ deliverables to ensure alignment with defined research objectives.
- Support the selection and implementation of research methodologies (online surveys, phone surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.).
- Participate in conducting and overseeing research initiatives in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Assist in feasibility studies for future projects, contributing to analysis and reporting.
- Analyze research findings and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to present insights and strategic recommendations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in market research or related discipline
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint mandatory)

- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
