Maintenance Supervisor – Power International Holding

Job Summary

• The Maintenance Supervisor works under the general guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Engineer. This position is responsible to oversees and coordinates to workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other outlet requirements to ensure continuity of operations are performed in a safely manner. This role also ensures to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.

Job Responsibilities 1

• Manage break downs and maintenance to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring.
• Adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards.
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment’s perform as required.
• Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
• Execute the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero downtime of operation.
• Conduct duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations and/or Quality System.
• Inspect regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.
• Implement defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
• Identify, plan and implement requisite training to ensure continued development of all team members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
• Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following Company
• color coded program.
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
• Ensure compliance to organization’s safety and security standards, procedures and policies.
• Execute the planning and execution of the planned maintenance of all outlets equipment to ensure zero
• downtime of operation.
