Logistic and Ordering Manager (Automotive) – Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Ordering Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing logistics strategies, managing transportation and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, including contract negotiation and service level monitoring.
• Develop and enforce logistics policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage the logistics budget, ensuring effective cost control and financial adherence.
• Implement robust inventory management practices, including accurate record-keeping and stock optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations within logistics operations.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present logistics performance reports to senior management.
• Uphold the company’s values and brand standards in all logistics activities.
