Legal Counsel – Qatar – Michael Page International (UAE) Limited
This role will provide broad legal support across commercial, corporate and operational matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of international agreements.

Description
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.Support sponsorship, partnership and supplier agreement negotiations.Provide practical day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders.Advise on intellectual property, branding and content-related matters.Assist with dispute management and pre-litigation issues.Liaise with and manage external legal counsel where required.Support the development of legal templates, policies and processes.Contribute to wider legal, governance and commercial initiatives across the business.
Profile
Qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction.Approximately 2-5 years PQE.Strong training from a reputable international or leading regional law firm.Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.Experience across commercial, corporate or TMT matters.Strong attention to detail with sound legal judgement.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, business-focused approach.
