IT Project Coordinator – VINIRMA Consulting Pvt.Ltd
Nair Systems is currently looking IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA
- Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
- Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system
- Training experience
- High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
- Preparing Management regular reports
- Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
- Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards
- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
- Assist senior project managers for day to day activities
- Manage small sized Projects
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department
