HVAC Technician – Al Faisal Holding

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As part of our management consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong technical background, the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and a commitment to providing excellent service. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair a variety of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, heating units, and ventilation systems.
2. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding HVAC systems and safety standards.
4. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance system performance.
6. Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
7. Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols in HVAC maintenance and repair.
8. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime for clients.
9. Assist in the development of service schedules and preventive maintenance plans to prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems.
10. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any discrepancies to management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong portfolio of successful installations and repairs.
2. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical components, mechanical systems, and control systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve HVAC issues.
4. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
6. Certifications in HVAC technology or related fields are highly preferred.
7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
8. Willingness to stay on call for emergency service requests outside of regular working hours.
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
10. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
