HR Executive
A. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (local and overseas hiring).
- Prepare job advertisements, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer letters and employment contracts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
B. Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities, orientation programs, and onboarding schedules.
- Coordinate for the attestation of the employment contracts in compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
- Manage Qatari residency permits records, medical, fingerprint, etc
- Maintain employee personal files (physical and electronic).
C. Employee Relations
- Handle employee requests, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct investigations and prepare disciplinary notices, warning letters, and reports.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution between employees and management.
- Conduct exit formalities and analyse attrition trends.
D. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with Qatar Labour Law, company policies, and MOI / MOL requirements.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support labor inspections, audits, and government compliance requirements.
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and notice period compliance.
E. HR Reporting & Support
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS updates.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and supervisors.
