HR Executive

A. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (local and overseas hiring).
  • Prepare job advertisements, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

B. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate joining formalities, orientation programs, and onboarding schedules.
  • Coordinate for the attestation of the employment contracts in compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
  • Manage Qatari residency permits records, medical, fingerprint, etc
  • Maintain employee personal files (physical and electronic).

C. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee requests, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare disciplinary notices, warning letters, and reports.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution between employees and management.
  • Conduct exit formalities and analyse attrition trends.

D. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Qatar Labour Law, company policies, and MOI / MOL requirements.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support labor inspections, audits, and government compliance requirements.
  • Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and notice period compliance.

E. HR Reporting & Support

  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS updates.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and supervisors.
