Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee the maintenance and operation of hotel facilities and equipment

✔ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs

✔ Ensure the smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and mechanical systems

✔ Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades

✔ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

✔ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations

✔ Monitor maintenance budgets, inventory, and spare parts
