Framework Manager – CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING ARBIA COMPANY LTD.
The candidate experience and CV can responsible for Framework Project works, including:
1. The candidate have International or MENA region similar position work experience and relevant certificate.
2. The candidate have road O&M and PBC(performance based contract) experience, be familiar with SLA/KPI based payment contracts.
3. The candidate has previously held positions such as Framework Project Manager, Operations Director, or related roles in terms of Muti-project management capability, possessing extensive experience in framework project management.
4. The candidate is familiar with the work processes and relevant knowledge of road routine maintenance and preventive maintenance.
5. The candidate has rich experience in the operation and maintenance of various assets, including roads, structures, signs and markings, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) etc..
6. The candidate is familiar with relevant asset management software or systems and has a good understanding of the concept of asset life cycle.
The candidate has participated in skills training for relevant positions.
