Department coordination & project administration specialist – Zero One Solutions

This position is for a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the electricity and water utility sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, tariff structuring, and business planning, along with a deep understanding of quality management systems. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives that support the organization’s growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence

·      Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals and long- term utility strategies.

·      Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.

·      Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with

o   QMS ISO information security management systems (ISMS) requirements

·      Ensure all business development and operational processes adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

·      Coordination with various Customer’s departments and key stake holders outside Customer’s for project management purpose
