Customer Service Representative – Matar Group

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Responsibilities:

  4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service gaps.

  7. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

  10. Monitor and report on customer feedback trends to management for continuous improvement.
