• The Customer Service Representative at Al-Futtaim Vehicle Rentals is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in a professional and efficient manner. This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and enhancing the brand image. Success in this position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to monitor sales performance, and adherence to company procedures. Collaboration with various branches and departments is essential to resolve rental concerns and maintain a high level of service quality.

What You Will Do:

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction to meet and exceed AVR standards.
• Serve as a front-line representative to accommodate customers with courtesy and generosity.
• Attend to calls and queries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Sales Monitoring

• Monitor the flow of sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assess target achievement.
• Meet monthly sales targets and strive to increase rental utilization above 80%.

Process and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly branch audits to maintain standardized processes for rentals and payment collection.

Customer Queries and Complaints

• Address rental queries and complaints within 48 hours to maintain customer engagement.
• Assist customers by providing detailed information on insurance policies and contract terms.

Payment Processing

• Contact customers regarding payment dues and provide receipts upon settlement.
• Process payments via various methods and update daily branch reports for accounting audits.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to the rental team through document control and training.
• Manage and maintain filing of documents and training modules.
