Corporate Sales Supervisor – SIMEX TRADING CO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand business relationships with existing corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote rental services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure contracts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and account management.

3. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Supervise the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract renewals for corporate accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and collective targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and vehicle delivery.
  • Participate in training and performance evaluations of sales staff.
