Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planner

• To assist in planning, scheduling and handling the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Main job duties:

1. To assist in planning, preparing and assigning target dates in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for yearly maintenance on daily basis.
2. To assist in preparation of maintenance plan and ensuring data availability in the CMMS on monthly basis.
3. To assist in arranging for shutdown requirements by following the airport planning cycle within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with minimized effects on assets availability on weekly and monthly basis.
4. To assist in preparation of work orders and scheduling by following airport planning cycle on weekly basis.
5. To update the reports generated in the CMMS with the Airport on daily basis.
6. To update and report regarding pending work orders to the airport on weekly basis.
7. To input staff roster in the CMMS on monthly basis.
8. To prepare condition-based incident/ special reports through the CMMS on circumstantial basis.
9. To update the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) report on monthly basis.
10. To report SLA between internal and external stakeholders on monthly basis.
11. To assist in developing the work plan by validating the time, materials, resources and tools required to complete each work on circumstantial basis.
12. To be responsible for quality check of the CMMS data for repeated issues, highlighting and sharing information with the team on circumstantial basis.
13. To prepare Planned Preventive Maintenance (PMM) and schedule compliance reports on weekly basis.
14. To comply with the Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules and procedures of TKE on daily basis.
15. To wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when working at site on ad hoc basis.
