Job Summary
A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across a large commercial development. The successful candidate will supervise cleaning teams, ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with client requirements and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned areas.
- Allocate manpower and prepare daily work schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and cleaning materials.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and HSE requirements.
- Investigate service complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain attendance records and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience managing cleaning teams.
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and equipment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- BICS or equivalent cleaning certification.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
- HSE or First Aid certification.
