Job Overview:
Trust Arabia is seeking compassionate, responsible, and qualified Child Care / Support Staff to join our team. The role involves working closely with children in a structured and supportive environment, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development in line with best practices and center policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily supervision of children within the center and designated facilities
- Ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment at all times
- Monitor children’s behavior and promote positive conduct
- Support and participate in educational, recreational, and developmental activities appropriate to different age groups
- Report any incidents, concerns, or behavioral observations promptly
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance and general observations
- Coordinate with specialized teams (social, psychological, and educational) to support children’s overall wellbeing
- Apply child protection policies and report any signs of concern immediately
- Respect confidentiality and maintain professional conduct at all times
- Follow all center rules, procedures, and instructions from management
