Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Biomedical Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence by building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, government entities, and private healthcare providers while ensuring successful project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the biomedical sector, including hospitals, clinics, and government healthcare projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, regulatory, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, pricing strategies, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the biomedical product portfolio, including technical specifications and clinical applications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and project databases.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly business development reports, including sales pipeline updates and revenue forecasts.
- Support product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales discussions with clinical and procurement teams.
- Assist in developing customized solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Support internal and external product training and awareness initiatives.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with senior management.
- Develop and support market penetration strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Track tender outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve biomedical product sales targets through effective pipeline management and KPI tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
