Job Title: Business Development Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships within the Facilities Management (FM) industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, have a proven track record of working with tenders, and possess strong networking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
ð¹ Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
ð¹Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
ð¹Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and proposals.
ð¹Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
ð¹Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
ð¹Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth contract execution.
ð¹Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
ð¹Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities regularly.
