AutoCAD Architecture Draftsman – The MSI Group

We are seeking a highly competent Architectural Draftsman with expert proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture to produce accurate architectural drawings from concept design through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

[ Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and construction details.

[ Develop comprehensive drawing packages for planning, tender and construction.

[ Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and landscape consultants.

[ Maintain CAD standards, drawing registers and revision control.

[ Produce accurate schedules and technical documentation.

Essential Requirements

[ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.

[ Minimum 5 years’ professional experience.

[ Expert command of AutoCAD Architecture is mandatory.

[ Strong understanding of construction detailing, building materials and architectural documentation.

[ Excellent communication skills in English.

Desirable

[ Experience in traditional architecture, heritage conservation or ecological design.

[ Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.

Important

Applicants who do not demonstrate an excellent command of AutoCAD Architecture will not be considered. Proficiency in standard AutoCAD alone is insufficient.
