Job Summary:
The Appointment Specialist/Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointments and providing excellent customer service to clients of a premium automotive company. Fluency in Arabic is required for this role.
Job Responsibility:
– Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently
– Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
– Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
– Provide information about the company’s products and services
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
