The role of a 2D Draftsman is crucial in the construction and building industry, particularly in Doha, Qatar, where architectural designs and engineering plans are essential for successful project execution. A 2D Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans that guide construction teams in the building process. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed 2D drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.
2. Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy.
3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
4. Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
5. Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
6. Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
7. Utilize CAD software to create and modify drawings efficiently.
8. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
9. Participate in site visits to gather information and assess project progress.
10. Provide technical support to construction teams during the implementation phase.
