HR Payroll Officer/ Pension Officer – The MSI Group

Position: HR Payroll Officer/ Pension Officer 

Department: Human Capital

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Objective:

To execute all activities related to Pension & Payroll ensuring employees’ entitlements to salary and benefits are performed in accordance with Company’s policies and procedure and employment contracts.

Ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the payroll system.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Salary and Benefits administration
  • Statements and Report
  • Personnel Filing/ Record Management

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management / Administration of equivalent

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of relevant payroll administration related experience in a similar sized company

Job Specific Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Pension calculation
