We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Scooter Mechanic to join our innovative team dedicated to revolutionizing urban mobility solutions. In this critical role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of electric scooters, ensuring they are in optimal condition for our users while mentoring a team of mechanics to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electric scooters, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Develop and enforce best practices for scooter maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Mentor and train junior mechanics, providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques and repair processes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electric vehicle technology to enhance maintenance practices
