Traffic Registration Representative – Qatar Automobiles Company
Job Responsibilities
[ Assist customers with vehicle registration processes, including new registrations, renewals, and title transfers.
[ Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required registration documents and forms.
[ Verify customer information and documentation for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
[ Enter and update vehicle registration data accurately and timely in the company database.
[ Liaise with government agencies, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles, to obtain necessary documents and information.
[ Respond to customer inquiries regarding registration requirements, fees, and timelines.
[ Provide guidance and support to customers on completing registration forms and understanding relevant regulations.
[ Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to ensure timely submission of required documents for vehicle registration.
[ Process registration fee payments, issue temporary permits, and maintain appropriate records.
[ Keep up-to-date knowledge of traffic regulations, changes in registration procedures, and applicable laws.
[ Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to registration issues in a professional and timely manner.
[ Maintain accurate records of registration transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
[ Collaborate with internal departments to streamline registration processes and improve customer experience.
[ Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of registration procedures and customer service skills.
[ Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements at all times.
