HR Officer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, using HR management software to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting vacancies on job boards, and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, providing guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting employee goals.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts, fostering a positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.
- Support training and development initiatives by identifying employee training needs and coordinating workshops or seminars to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
