Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers/drivers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or sales leads (if applicable)
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
