Storekeeper – TK Airport Solutions S.A.

The main role of the Storekeeper is to monitor and control the stock of all the items of the warehouse.

The main job duties of the Storekeeper are the following ones.

1. To receive inbound spare parts and consumable materials on daily basis.

2. To encode received spare parts in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the Excel data base on daily basis.

3. To keep materials received on specific warehouse location on daily basis.

4. To monitor and control all tools, spare parts and consumable materials and maintain inventory records as per flow of stocks on daily basis.

5. To encode and complete work orders related with preventive maintenance in the CMMS on daily basis.

6. To coordinate with the HSE Department the stock of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) on monthly basis.

7. To submit spare parts issuance report to immediate superiors on daily basis.

8. To prepare material request for consumable materials and PLB spare parts on weekly basis.

9. To comply with the Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules and procedures of TKE on daily basis.
