Learning and Development Specialist- Remote – The MSI Group

Position: Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development as a Learning Activator or Program Coordinator. 

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with MS Projects or similar tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Industry Preference: Candidates from Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate competency-based training programs.
  • Manage learning schedules and activities using SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training delivery.
  • Analyze feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D programs.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field
