Intern HR – Nehmeh

The Intern – HR will support the Human Resources department with administrative, recruitment, and employee engagement tasks while gaining practical exposure to HR operations. This internship is designed primarily as a learning and development opportunity for students, recent graduates, or aspiring professionals who want to build foundational HR skills in a real workplace environment.

Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities

During the internship, the HR Intern will have the opportunity to observe, assist, and learn through hands-on involvement in various HR activities, including:

  • Posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates under supervision.
  • Setting interview schedules and communicating with candidates.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding activities.
  • Planning and organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Preparing communication materials for HR announcements and updates.
  • Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and maintaining related records.
  • Learning and assisting with basic HR compliance procedures and documentation.
  • Participating in HR meetings and contributing ideas to process improvements.
  • Supporting day-to-day HR administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
