BMS TECHNICIAN( SIEMENS SYSTEM) – Associated Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Technician specializing in Siemens systems to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and have hands-on experience with Siemens technology. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients’ building management systems, contributing to energy efficiency and overall building performance. The technician will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to implement and maintain BMS solutions that meet our clients’ needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing BMS systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

1. Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Siemens BMS systems in various commercial and industrial buildings.
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to design and implement BMS solutions tailored to client specifications.
5. Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on BMS operations and best practices.
6. Document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Assist in the integration of BMS with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security.
8. Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in BMS and Siemens systems.
9. Participate in project meetings and provide input on BMS-related issues and solutions.
10. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all BMS installations and maintenance activities.
11. Preferred Candidate:Proven experience as a BMS Technician with a focus on Siemens systems.
12. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation technologies.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
14. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
15. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
16. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
17. Certifications in BMS or related fields are a plus.
18. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
19. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
20. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
