Sr. System Engineer (Development) – Data Scientist / Data Analyst (Power BI) (Pos. 2.2.8) – Airswift

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps, catering to diverse departmental needs and user requirements.
2.  Build automated workflows with Power Automate to improve process efficiency and eliminate manual tasks.
3. Create clear and concise reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights and data visualization.
4. Utilize Dataverse & other databases to securely store and manage application data.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and define solution success metrics. CLASSIFICATION: C1 – CONTROLLED
6. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best practices and security standards.
7. Document solutions thoroughly, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
8. Provide ongoing support and training to users on developed solutions.
9. Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and functionalities.
10. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage the Power Platform for further process improvement and innovation.
11. Analyze business needs and user profiles to recommend the most cost-effective license configuration for each solution.
12. Advise stakeholders on potential licensing issues and strategies for optimizing license utilization.
13. Collaborate with IT teams to manage licenses effectively and track usage patterns.
14. Design captivating and user-centric interfaces for Power Apps, ensuring intuitive navigation, accessibility, and optimal user experience across devices.
15. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine the design for optimal usability.
