Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the market presence of our company in Doha, Qatar. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong background in fit out, construction and building industries, coupled with a passion for developing strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building sector especially in Fit out.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions and client needs.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
