• Assist customers with vehicle rental reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
• Promote and recommend additional rental products and services to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue.
• Prepare, update, and maintain rental agreements accurately.
• Clearly explain rental rates, terms, conditions, and service charges to customers.
• Handle customer calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process rental extensions, vehicle exchanges, and returns efficiently.
• Follow up on overdue rentals and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Process payments and maintain accurate rental records and documentation.
• Support branch operations through reporting and administrative tasks.
