Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement. Fluency in Arabic and very good command of English are required. Experience in real estate is preferred, and familiarity with the immigration field would be a strong advantage.

This role involves promoting and selling international real estate investment opportunities and immigration programs, understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and successfully closing deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful deal closure.
  • Apply knowledge of the immigration field to better understand clients’ needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
  • Present and promote international real estate investment opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Understand clients’ investment objectives and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
  • Conduct negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.
