Planning Engineer – CEG International

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programs, and work plans
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, recommending corrective actions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project requirements for accurate planning
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Evaluate variation orders and claims related to time and cost
• Support resource planning and allocation
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Attend meetings and track action items for timely completion
